Cub Scout Pack 311 is chartered by Saint Vincent Basilica Parish in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and is open to all children in kindergarten through fifth grade.

Our meetings are on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Baggaley Elementary School.
